Returns: Your rug is guaranteed free from manufacturer defects. You just need to contact us within 30 days to receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Please keep your packaging until you inspect your new rug.

 

All rugs are custom made for each order. Please keep in mind that you have purchased a natural fiber rug. Variation in the fiber shading and width are what gives each sisal rug its unique characteristics, just like found in nature. We encourage you to order samples of the rugs you are most interested in.

Damaged goods: Please inspect your packaging before signing the delivery receipt. Any damaged goods claims must be filed with the carrier using your package tracking number.

 

Backorders: Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, you will be contacted for further instructions.
