What do I do if I have problems with my order?


If you have problems with your order please contact us first thing. Then we can help you get your questions and concerns resolved quickly. 

What if my goods arrived damaged?

Please inspect your packaging before signing the delivery receipt.  Any damaged goods claims must be filed with the carrier using your package tracking number.
 

What if my goods are defective?

Your rug is guaranteed free from manufacturing defects.  You just need to contact us within 30 days to receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions.  Please keep your packaging until you have inspected your new rug.

How do I care for my sisal rug?

Sisal is very low maintainance.  You only need to vacuum it regularly.  If your rug is in a high traffic area we suggest you rotate it away from the traffic at least every six months to ensure its longevity.

Can I use my sisal rug outside?

Our natural fiber rugs are for indoor use only and should be in a covered area.  Natural fiber rugs are highly recommended for any area in your home that is dry.  For example enclosed patios, living area, dens, bedrooms, rec. rooms.  Do not expose to rainfall or allow to become saturated with water.

 

How do I clean my sisal rug?

Dry spills should be vacuumed immediately.  Liquid spills should be blotted (never rub!) with an undyed cloth until liquid is completely absorbed.  If needed use a dry carpet cleaner.
